含油污泥微生物燃料电池处理技术

摘  要:
含油污泥是影响油田及周边环境质量的一大难题,现有资源化方法处理过程复杂、成本高,且存在二次污染风险,微生物燃料电池(MFC)技术能降解污泥中的含油量并产电,简化含油污泥处理流程。为系统考察含油污泥MFC启动过程中石油降解、产电变化规律,构筑了以含油污泥为阳极底物的双室型MFC。通过运行MFC并记录电池4个周期的输出电压、功率密度曲线、极化曲线及阳极膜循环伏安(CV)曲线考察其产电性能;通过检测各周期进出液的化学需氧量(COD)、含油质量浓度考察其降解性能。结果表明:含油污泥MFC启动过程电压先上升后稳定再下降,产电稳定期(第3周期)最大产电压243.35mV、最大电流密度1990.73mA/m~2,对应电流0.60mA;阳极膜CV曲线产电稳定期呈"S"形状,氧化还原峰分别在0mV和-800mV,极限电流密度1000mA/m~2,表明该阳极生物膜具有较强电活性;此外,第3周期阳极液的COD和原油去除率达到最大,分别为83.56%和73.61%,库仑效率为14.34%。由此可见,MFC能有效降解含油污泥中的原油而产电,为含油污泥处理提供了一种新技术。

摘  要:
Oily sludge is a major problem affecting the quality of the oil field and surrounding environment.The existing resource-based methods are complicated in processing,high in cost,and have the risk of secondary pollution.Microbial fuel cell(MFC)technology can degrade the oil content in the sludge,generate electricity and simplify oily sludge treatment process.In order to systematically investigate the rule of petroleum degradation and electricity generation during the start-up of oily sludge MFC,a double chamber MFC with oily sludge as anode substrate was constructed.By running MFC and recording the output voltage,power density curve,polarization curve and anode membrane cyclic voltammetry(CV)curve of the battery for 4 cycles,the power generation performance was investigated;the chemical oxygen demand(COD)and oil quality concentration of the liquid in and out of each cycle were detected to investigate its degradation performance.The results show that the voltage rises first,then stabilizes,and then decreases during the start-up process of oily sludge MFC.In the stable generation period(the third cycle),the maximum power generation voltage is 243.35 mV,the maximum current density is1990.73 mA/m2,and the corresponding current is 0.60 mA.The anode film CV curve is in the shape of"S",the redox peaks are at 0 mV and-800 mV respectively,and the limiting current density is1000 mA/m2,indicating that the anode biofilm has strong electrical activity.In addition,in the third cycle,the COD and the crude oil removal rate of anolyte reach the maximum,83.56% and 73.61%respectively,and the coulombic efficiency is 14.34%.It can be seen that MFC can effectively degrade crude oil in oily sludge and generate electricity,which provides a new technology for oily sludge treatment.
