利用畜禽废弃物生产的商品有机肥重金属含量分析

摘  要:
为了安全施用畜禽废弃物生产的有机肥料,对5种分别以牛粪、鸡粪和猪粪为原料堆制的商品有机肥中的重金属Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Cr、As、Hg含量进行了分析。结果表明,牛粪加少量鸡粪生产的有机肥重金属含量最低,均在商品有机肥无害化指标以下;鸡粪有机肥Cu、Zn含量是牛粪有机肥的1.9倍和1.4倍,Hg含量高的达到4.6mg.kg-1,接近限定指标;猪粪堆制的有机肥样品间含量差异较大,As含量超过和接近限定指标,含量高的超标9.8mg.kg-1,Cu和Zn含量高的达到1 454 mg.kg-1和1 763 mg.kg-1,Cu含量分别是牛粪有机肥、鸡粪有机肥的20倍和11倍,Zn含量分别是牛粪有机肥和鸡粪有机肥的6.7倍和4.4倍。

摘  要:
In order to safely use the compost that produced by animal wastes,the content of heavy metals,such as Cu,Zn,Pb,Cd,Cr,As and Hg were measured separately in five commercial composts that produced by bovine,fowl and porcine dejection.The content of heavy metals in compost produced by bovine dejection and a little fowl dejection was lowest,below the innocuous index of commercial compost.The content of Cu and Zn in fowl dejection compost was 1.9 times and 1.4 times of bovine dejection compost,respectively.Hg content was up to 4.6 mg·kg~(-1),approaching the limit index.There existed large differences among the compost samples of porcine dejection.In the compost of porcine dejection,As content exceeded or approached the limit index,exceeding 9.8 mg·kg~(-1) of the standard in higher samples,the content of Cu reached 1 454 mg·kg~(-1),20 times and 10 times of bovine and fowl dejection compost,respectively,and Zn content reached 1 763 mg·kg~(-1),6.7 times and 4.4 times of bovine and fowl dejection compost respectively.Therefore,the compost produced by animal wastes should be used scientifically and reasonably to avoid accumulation of the heavy metals and environment pollution.
