CO_2加富和短期昼间亚高温对温室嫁接黄瓜植株生长和光合作用的影响

摘  要:
以温室嫁接黄瓜为试材,设亚高温、CO_2加富+亚高温、CO_2加富+常温3个处理,以常温管理为对照(CK),研究了CO_2加富和短期昼间亚高温对植株长势、产量和光合作用的影响,以期为温室黄瓜生产中合理施用CO_2、调控温度提供理论依据。结果表明:各处理对嫁接黄瓜的株高、茎粗、单瓜生长速度和产量均有显著影响,处理25d后CO_2加富+亚高温处理在株高、茎粗、瓜长和瓜粗生长速度及产量上,分别显著高于对照37%、19%、15%、21%和38%,CO_2加富+常温处理除瓜长、瓜粗生长速度与亚高温+CO_2处理差异不显著外,其余均显著低于亚高温+CO_2处理,各指标均显著高于亚高温处理和对照。CO_2加富+亚高温处理、CO_2加富+常温处理和CK对黄瓜叶片净光合速率日变化影响均呈双峰曲线,高峰值分别在10:00和14:00时,其中在10:00时,各处理的净光合速率为CO_2加富+亚高温>CO_2加富+常温>CK>亚高温,亚高温处理的黄瓜叶片净光合速率日变化影响均呈单峰曲线;各处理对黄瓜叶片蒸腾速率日变化影响呈现先升高后降低的趋势,在12:00左右达到最高值,蒸腾速率分别为CO_2加富+亚高温>常温+CO_2加富>亚高温>CK;黄瓜叶片的胞间CO_2浓度随着时间的变化呈先降低后升高、再降低后升高的"W"趋势。

摘  要:
In this experiment,grafted cucumber was used as the test material.There were 3treatments,including sub-high temperature,sub-high temperature+CO_2,normal temperature+CO_2and taking normal temperature as CK.In order to provide theoretical basis for the reasonable application of CO_2 and control temperature in the facility cultivation,the effect of rich and short term daytime sub-high temperature CO_2 of grafted cucumber plant growth,yield and photosynthesis was studied.The results showed that the plant height,stem diameter,growth rate and yield of grafted cucumber were significantly influenced in different treatment time.In the plant height,stem diameter,single melon growth rate,single fruit diameter growth rate and yield,the treatment of sub-high temperature+CO_2 were significantly higher than that of CK,respectively was 37%,19%,15%,21%and 38%after 25 days.Excepting of single fruit growth speed and diameter growth rate,the treatment of normal temperature+CO_2 was significantly lower than high temperature+CO_2.The treatment of normal temperature+CO_2 was significantly higher than those of the sub-high temperature and CK.The photosynthetic rate of sub-high temperature+CO_2,normal temperature+CO_2and CK showed a double peak curve,the peak respectively at 10:00and 14:00.At 10:00,the photosynthetic rate was sub-high temperature+CO_2 >normal temperature+CO_2>CK>sub-high temperature.The diurnal variation of photosynthetic rate under sub-high temperature showed a single peak curve.The diurnal variation of transpiration rate showed the trend of first increasing and then decreasing,reaching the highest value at 12:00,and the transpiration rate was CO_2+sub-high temperature>CO_2+normal temperature>sub-high temperature>CK.The intercellular CO_2 concentration of cucumber leaves under all the tearments decreased firstly and then increased,then decreased and then increased with the trend of‘W'.
