栗蚕基因组DNA提取方法比较试验

摘  要:
栗蚕蛹中含有大量的脂肪和蛋白质类物质,这些物质易与DNA结合形成粘稠的胶状物,影响栗蚕基因组DNA的提取。针对上述问题,本研究采用十二烷基硫酸钠-蛋白酶K(SDS-PK)消化法和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)法提取栗蚕基因组总DNA进行比较试验。结果表明:CTAB法提取的DNA产量高;SDS-PK法提取的DNA质量好。

摘  要:
The chrysalis of Dictyoploca japonica Moore contains abundant substances such as fat and protein,which are easily combined with DNA to form sticky substances which affect the extraction of DNA gene group. Aiming at the above problem,the research applied the methods of SDS-PK Digestion and CTAB to extract the total DNA gene group to conduct the comparison experiment. The results showed that CTAB had a high yield of DNA extraction; while SDS-PK can extract good quality DNA.
