全自动小麦智能着水机模糊PID控制系统设计

摘 要:
提出了一种以ARM8603嵌入式工控主板AT91SAM9263为控制核心的、可编程小麦自动着水机控制系统设计方案。系统借助模糊控制对PID参数进行在线调控,采用多任务调度管理,实现小麦着水机快速、准确地着水,从而获得最佳入磨湿度,提高面粉的品质。

摘 要:
This article introduces the design principle of control system for automatic wheat dampeners.It employs a control center of microcont roller AT91SAM9263 and applies fuzzy control to adjusting PID parameters through software on line.Based on multiple task management,wheat dampener canachieve a fast and accurate dampening of wheat.It ensures that the wheat shall have the best moisture amount before grinding,and improves the quality of the flour finally.
