10个栽培大麦籽粒含硒量的测定

摘  要:
采用氢化物发生-原子荧光法(HG-AFS)对我国主要大麦种植区的10个栽培大麦籽粒含硒量进行了测定。结果表明,不同品种的栽培大麦籽粒含硒量存在显著差异,浙啤33和浙秀12属高硒品种,籽粒硒含量分别为0.144 mg/kg和0.134 mg/kg,可以用于品质育种研究。

摘  要:
The selenium content in grains of ten barley varieties from five provinces in China was determined by HG-AFS.The results showed that there was significant difference in selenium content between ten barley varieties and the selenium content of Zhepi 33 and Zhexiu 12 with high selenium content was 0.144 mg/kg and 0.134 mg/kg respectively,which can be used in quality breeding of barley.
