宁夏农业科技资源配置效率分析——基于超效率DEA和Malmquist指数

摘  要：
运用超效率DEA模型和Malmquist指数法对2008~2013年包括宁夏在内的西部12省(市)区的农业科技资源配置效率进行了分析。结果表明:宁夏农业科技资源配置处于相对有效状态,但其效率值在波动中呈明显的下降趋势;宁夏农业科技资源配置的Malmquist指数总体呈增长态势,主要得益于技术进步水平的提高。

摘  要：
Using super-efficient DEA model and Malmquist index,analyzed the allocation efficiency of agricultural science and technology resources of 12 western provinces including Ningxia during 2008 ~ 2013. The results showed that the agricultural science and technology resource allocation of Ningxia was in a relatively effective state,but its efficiency value in volatility showed a trend of obvious decline. The agricultural science and technology resources allocation of Malmquist index was on overall growth,mainly thanked to the improvement of technical progress.
