不同产地松萝中多糖的分子量分布及活性研究

摘  要:
对不同产地松萝中松萝多糖的理化性质、分子量分布及清除DPPH·的活性效果进行了比较研究。结果表明,USP的各松萝纯化多糖的分子量均高于其他4种松萝的纯化多糖,各松萝纯化多糖的分子量大多都在106 u以上。松萝粗多糖对DPPH·清除能力依次是:UMP>ULDP、USP和USD>ULXP;对不同产地松萝粗多糖进行分离纯化,得到15种松萝纯化多糖,松萝纯化多糖UMP-1,ULXP-1,USP-2,UDP-1清除DPPH·能力明显优于Vc,即松萝粗多糖与相对应的纯化多糖对DPPH·清除能力之间没有必然的联系,这可能是由于抗氧化作用是一个协同作用的结果。

摘  要:
The molecular weight distribution of polysaccharides of Usneas from different locations and the DPPH radical scavenging activities were studied.The results showed that the molecular weight(MW)of the polysaccharide named USP was the highest among others.Generally the MW s of all polysaccharide studied were above 106 u.The DPPH·radical scavenging activity of the polysaccharides separated was in the order of UMP>ULDP>USP>USD>ULXP,and further purified polysaccharides such as UMP-1,ULXP-1, USP-2,and UDP-1demonstrated higher DPPH scavenging activity than Vc.No correlationships were found between the raw polysaccharides and further purified ones on DPPH scavenging capability.
