海南香蕉园杂草小飞蓬对百草枯的抗药性

摘  要:
[目的]明确海南香蕉园主要杂草小飞蓬(Erigeron canadensis)对百草枯的抗药性水平。[方法]利用温室生物测定法测定海南省昌江、白沙、乐东、澄迈、五指山和陵水小飞蓬种群对百草枯的抗药性,并研究1 200 g a.i./hm2百草枯茎叶喷雾处理后不同小飞蓬种群SOD和POD活性。[结果]抗药性水平最高的为白沙香蕉园小飞蓬种群,相对抗药倍数(IR)达到了17.81,抑制中剂量ED50达11 588.06 ga.i./hm2;其次为乐东小飞蓬种群,IR达到11.47,ED50达7 460.51 g a.i./hm2。白沙小飞蓬SOD活性最高,为6.88 U/g FW,陵水对照种群的活性最低,二者相差10倍;昌江和白沙的小飞蓬种群POD活性显著高于五指山、乐东和陵水,但与澄迈的没有显著差异。[结论]海南省部分香蕉园小飞蓬对百草枯已产生不同程度的抗药性,应该采取综合防治措施,减少小飞蓬种群抗药性的发生。

摘  要:
[Aims] The objective of this study is to investigate the resistance level of the major weed Erigeron canadensis to paraquat in banana plantations in Hainan province. [Methods] The populations of E. canadensis to paraquat from Changjiang, Baisha, Ledong, Chengmai, Wuzhishan, Linshui in Hainan Province were determined by the greenhouse bioassay. The activities of SOD and POD of different E. canadensis populations after stem and leaf spraying of 1 200 g a.i./ha paraquat were studied. [Results] E. canadensis population from Baisha was found to have the highest resistance level,whose IR value reached 17.81(ED5011 588.06 g a.i./ha). Second was Ledong population and IR reached 11.47(ED507 460.51 g a.i./ha). The SOD in E. canadensis from Baisha was highest, which reached 6.88 U/g FW and was ten times higher than the lowest level in the control population of Linshui. The POD level in populations from Changjiang and Baisha was significant higher than that from Wuzhishan, Ledong and Linshui, but no signinificance with from Chengmai. [Conclusions] These results indicated the appearance of different levels of paraquat resistance of E.canadensis populations from parts of banana plantations in Hainan province. The integrated weed management should be take to reduce the occurrence of the weed population resistance to herbicides.
