摘 要：
研究了不同栽培瓶、开盖时间以及培养基配方对瓶栽猴头菇生长的影响。结果表明,800 mL、4.0 cm口径的菌种瓶为最佳栽培瓶,25 d为最适宜开盖时间,含有58%棉子壳和20%木屑的培养基可明显提高产量。

摘 要：
The effects of different cultivation bottles,opening time and medium formulations on the growth of Hericium erinaceus in bottles were studied. The results showed that, the spawn bottle with 800 mL of volume and 4.0 cm of caliber was the best,25 d was the most suitable opening time, and the medium containing 58% cotton seed hull and 20% sawdust could increase the production markedly.
