平菇差异显示PCR产物特异条带的回收方法及再扩增效果

摘  要：
本实验采用一步法、直接法和沉淀法分别对平菇差异显示PCR银染产物中粗、细两种特异条带进行回收,并进行再扩增效果比较。结果表明,三种特异条带的回收方法中,直接法操作简单、快速可行,且再扩增效果优于一步法和沉淀法,可有效应用于平菇mRNA差异显示实验。

摘  要：
Three methods including one-step method, direct method and deposited method were used to recover the thick and thin bands from the silver stained differential display PCR products in Pleurotus ostreatus and their re-amplification effects were evaluated. The results showed that the direct method is a rapid, simple and reliable method among the three different recovering methods. And its re-amplification effect is better than that of the one-step method and the deposited method. So it can be efficiently applied in mRNA differential display PCR experiment of Pleurotus ostreatus.
