分光光度法测定荔枝壳的铁含量

摘  要:
为探索分光光度计法测定荔枝壳中铁含量的可行性,用V(HNO3)∶V(HClO4)=5∶1湿法消化荔枝壳,利用分光光度法测定铁的含量。结果表明:分光光度法测定荔枝壳中铁含量的加标回收率为98.0%~99.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.7%~2.3%,铁平均含量为106.4mg/kg。结论:用分光光度法测量荔枝壳中铁的含量快速、准确,灵敏度高,操作简便,易推广,可用于荔枝壳铁的质量控制。

摘  要:
To explore the determining feasibility of iron content in lychee exocarp with spectrophotometer,the authors used mixed acid(VHNO3: VHClO4= 5: 1) to digest lychee exocarp,and then determined the iron content in lychee exocarp by spectrophotometry.The results showed that the recovery rate was 98.0%~99.8%,the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 0.7%~2.3%.The average concentration of iron was 106.4 mg/kg.Conclusion: Spectrophotometry was a fast and simple method with high accuracy and sensitivity,which could be popularized widely,It can be used for the quality control of iron in lychee exocarp.
