喷施聚天门冬氨酸对不同品种紫花苜蓿产量及品质的影响

摘  要：
采用叶面喷施的方法研究了聚天门冬氨酸(PASP)5个作用浓度20、40、60、801、00 mg/kg对3个紫花苜蓿品种产量及品质的影响。结果表明:喷施PASP对不同品种1年3茬次的产量和品质具有不同影响。3个紫花苜蓿品种年产量均以PASP为20 mg/kg处理最高,且都显著(P<0.05)高于对照;PASP浓度为20 mg/kg可以显著提高阿尔冈金和甘农3号的株高,PASP为40 mg/kg可以显著提高金皇后的株高;喷施PASP对紫花苜蓿营养物质含量的影响不同,PASP 60 mg/kg能显著提高阿尔冈金及甘农3号的粗蛋白、磷含量;PASP 40 mg/kg能显著提高阿尔冈金、甘农3号的粗脂肪及粗灰分含量;PASP 80 mg/kg处理能显著提高甘农3号的钾含量及金皇后的磷含量;对金皇后脂肪及灰分具有显著作用的处理是60 mg/kg。

摘  要：
The effect of PASP application by surface spraying on yield and quality of three cultivars of alfalfa was studied. The results indicated that the PASP application could remarkably(P<0.05) increase the hay yield of alfalfa at a proper application level.The hay yield of three cultivars reached the highest at the application rate of 20 mg/kg.PASP showed different influence on alfalfa height,Algonquin and Gannong No.3 reached the highest at 20 mg/kg while Golden Empress at 40 mg/kg.The contents of crude protein and P of Algonquin and Gannong No.3 reached the highest at 60 mg/kg.The crude fat and crude ash of Algonquin and Gannong No.3 could be significantly increased under 40 mg/kg of application rate.The K content of Gannong No.3 could be significantly increased at 80 mg/kg.The contents of crude fat and crude ash of Golden Empress reached the highest at 60 mg/kg.
