水貂犬瘟热和病毒性肠炎免疫程序研究

摘  要：
选取本市3家水貂养殖场,分别对种貂免疫犬瘟热和肠炎疫苗。仔貂产后30日、45日、50日、60日采血,并进行疫苗免疫。仔貂免疫疫苗21天后采血,测定细小病毒、犬瘟热抗体,根据母源抗体情况及疫苗免疫抗体水平制订合理免疫程序,并在一家水貂场进行对比试验。结果发现,采用新免疫程序后,水貂群犬瘟热和病毒性肠炎发病率大幅度下降,新免疫程序值得大范围推广。

摘  要：
Breeding minks were selected from 3 mink farms and immunized with both mink distemper and viral enteritis vaccines. Blood samples were collected from the young minks 30,45,50 and 60 days after birth and they were immunized at the same time. Blood samples were collected from the young minks 21 days after immunization for detection of antibodies against distemper virus and parvovirus. A proper immunization program for mink distemper and viral enteritis was worked out according to the maternal antibody condition and immune antibody level and compared with the original immunization program in one mink farm. It was found that with the application of the new immunization program, the incidence of mink distemper and viral enteritis was reduced greatly. The new immunization program was worthwhile promotion.
