摘  要：
养生涵盖了生理与心理、形与神两个层面的优化生存环境,善化生命质量的一系列活动。养生旅游则将养生文化、技法及产品融入旅游产业,而森林生态系统是开展休闲养生旅游的重要载体和场所之一。千岛湖一流的山水资源造就了得天独厚的森林休闲养生旅游环境,高举"秀水富民"的旗帜,大力发展以休闲旅游为龙头的服务业,成为当下新使命。结合千岛湖龙涧清心谷的开发实例,提出其目标愿景与功能定位,规划整体布局,力求对国有林场发展森林休闲养生旅游起到积极的示范作用。

摘  要：
Health-maintenance covers two aspects activities of optimizing living environment,improving life quality including physical and mental,shape and spirit.Health-maintenance tourism incorporates health-maintenance culture,techniques and products into tourism industry,but forest ecosystem is one of the important carrier and place of developing leisure health-maintenance tourism.Thousand-isle Lake first-class landscape resources bring up unique forest leisure health-maintenance tourism environment,raising the banner of "green water enriching people",developing leisure tourism as the leading services,become the new mission recently.Combined with the example of Thousand-isle Lake Long Jian Qingxin valley development,put forward its goal vision and function orientation,planning the overall layout,to play a positive and demonstration effect of developing forest leisure health-maintenance tourism in state-owned forest farms.
