添加ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸对鸡蛋品质的影响

摘  要:
为了研究蛋鸡饲料中添加ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)复合添加剂对蛋鸡生产性能、鸡蛋品质和蛋黄中ω-3 PUFA富集效应的影响。选用40周龄海兰褐蛋鸡240只,按试验要求随机分为4组,每组设3个重复,每个重复20只鸡,第Ⅰ组为对照组,第Ⅱ~Ⅳ组为试验组,日粮分别添加ω-3 PUFA复合添加剂为3%、6%和9%,试验期为28 d。结果表明,整个试验期,各试验组与对照组相比,平均产蛋率、蛋重、料蛋比、蛋形指数和哈氏单位无显著差异(P>0.05),平均蛋壳厚度和蛋壳强度显著提高(P<0.05);蛋黄中ω-3 PUFA平均含量各试验组比对照组第1周显著提高(P<0.05),第2、3、4周极显著提高(P<0.01)、且第Ⅲ和Ⅳ组极显著高于第Ⅱ组(P<0.01)、第Ⅳ和第Ⅲ组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果表明,饲料中添加ω-3PUFA复合添加剂,蛋鸡的生产性能有提高的趋势、可以改善鸡蛋品质和增加蛋黄中ω-3PUFA含量,添加量以6%为宜。

摘  要:
In this paper, 240 brown laying hens with age of 40 weeks were chosen and divided into 4 groups at random,where are 3 repetitions with 20 hens in everyone,to investigate influence of ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids compound additives in diets on egg production、production and richening ω-3 PUFA effect of egg yolk.Group Ⅰ was control group and fed with basal diet.GroupsⅡ~Ⅳwere experimental groups and fed increasing levels of ω-3 PUFA compound additives at 3%,6%and 9% respectively.Results showed there were not significantly different(P>0.05) among groups on average laying,average egg mass,average feed/egg ratio,average egg shape index and haugh unit. The average thick and intensity of eggshells for groups Ⅱ~Ⅳ were found to be significantly higher than that of groupⅠ(P<0.05) in the whole period.Average content of ω-3PUFA of group Ⅳ was also significantly higher than that of groupⅠ in the first week(P<0.05). However In the second,the third and the fourth week,average contents of ω-3 PUFA of group Ⅲ, Ⅳ were significantly higher than that of the groupⅡthen it was not found that these significant difference existed between group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ(P>0.05).It suggested that ω-3PUFA compound additive in diet could affect production performance,improved egg quality and increased content of ω-3PUFA,and 6% dosage ofω-3PUFA in diet had the optimum effect.
