TRIZ理论在小型行走式树木挖掘机构中的应用

摘  要:
运用解决发明问题的新型创新理论—TRIZ理论,设计了适应目前国内市场需求的移栽小型苗木的小型行走式机械,并对挖掘机构中的关键部分的设计方案进行了比较、分析和研究,最终确定了设计方案。该设计产品所挖掘树木的根球为水桶形状、根系多,弥补了现有机械所挖土球锅型、树球下半部的根系少的缺点,并且装进桶内保水容易,运输方便,树木成活率高;最后,根据设计方案制作出实物模型。试验表明,挖掘机构的设计方案达到了预期效果,挖掘速度快,工作可靠稳定。

摘  要:
This paper uses the new theory of inventive problem solving-TRIZ theory designed to meet domestic market demand for transplanting of small seedlings of small-sized walking type transplanting trees machinery,mining mechanism of the key part of the design to compare,analysis and research,and ultimately determine the final design scheme.The product design the root ball for bucket shape,root,make up for the foreign tree digging machine digging the ball pot type,tree ball in the lower half of the little root defects,and put into the barrel water easily,convenient transportation,high survival rate,mining speed,reliable and stable work.Finally,according to the design scheme to produce physical model,through the actual test show that,a digging mechanism design to achieve the desired results.
