南方湿热地区不同葡萄品种霜霉病抗性鉴定

摘  要：
为了分析不同葡萄品种对霜霉病的抗病性差异,采用田间自然鉴定的方法,调查在南方湿热地区不同品种对霜霉病的抗性。结果表明,欧亚种葡萄品种对霜霉病较感病,大部分品种对霜霉病表现为高感,各品种平均病情指数达到73.75,美丽无核两年病情指数平均高达91.51;毛葡萄野生株系抗病力较强,大部分株系表现为高抗,有的株系甚至表现为免疫,各品种病情指数两年平均仅有2.47;圆叶葡萄在南方高温高湿环境下种植,各品种病情指数均为0.00,对霜霉病表现为免疫。

摘  要：
To study the downy mildew disease resistance of different variety of grape cultivar,evaluation of resistance of different grape varieties to downy mildew(Plasmapara viticola(Berk.et Curtis)Berl.et de Toni)were conducted under the condition of natural infection in field.Results showed that V.vinifera was susceptible or high susceptible to downy mildew,the average disease index was 73.75,the most susceptible variety was Beauty Seedless with the average disease index 91.51;the wild species of V.quinquangularis Rehd was highly resistant or immune to it,the average disease index was 2.47;Vitis rotundifolia was immune to downy mildew disease under the condition of hot and humid southern China,the average disease index was 0.00.
