天津地区蔬菜菌核病菌对六种杀菌剂的敏感性检测

摘  要:
以天津地区蔬菜菌核病菌为试材,采用菌丝生长速率法,研究了天津地区蔬菜菌核病菌对6种杀菌剂的敏感性,以期为天津地区蔬菜菌核病的防治提供指导。结果表明:氟啶胺、咪鲜胺、腐霉利、啶酰菌胺、异菌脲和多菌灵对10个菌株的EC_(50)值分别为0.003 0~0.035 3、0.001 7~0.107 3、0.015 4~0.192 9、0.016 1~2.055 4、0.004 2~0.178 9、0.009 8~0.131 9μg·mL~(-1)。其中菌株XK1对氟啶胺和XK2对腐霉利的敏感性均最低,而DQZ1对这2种杀菌剂最敏感;XK2对啶酰菌胺和DQZ2对异菌脲的敏感性均最低,而XK1对这2种杀菌剂最敏感;WZ2对咪鲜胺和XK3对多菌灵的敏感性均最低,而对咪鲜胺和多菌灵最敏感的菌株分别是YLQ和WZ1。试验表明,不同菌株之间对6种杀菌剂的敏感性存在差异,部分菌株对杀菌剂的敏感性存在地区间差异。

摘  要:
Taking Sclerotinia sclerotiorumstrains from vegetable in Tianjin as experimental materials,the sensitivity of Sclerotinia sclerotiorumto 6 fungicides were determined according to the rates of the mycelia growth of Sclerotinia sclerotiorumin media containing the fungicides,to provide theoretical guidance for controlling Sclerotinia sclerotiorum from vegetable in Tianjin.The results showed EC50 values of the 10 strains for fluazinam,prochloraz,procymidone,boscalid,iprodione and carbendazim rangedin 0.003 0-0.035 3,0.001 7-0.107 3,0.015 4-0.192 9,0.016 1-2.055 4,0.004 2-0.178 9,0.009 8-0.131 9μg·mL-1,respectively.The sensitivity of strain XK1 to fluazinamand XK2 to procymidone were both the lowest,the strain DQZ1 were both the most sensitive to these two fungicides;the sensitivity of strain XK2 to boscalid and strain DQZ2 to iprodione were both the lowest,the strain XK1 were both the most sensitive to these two fungicides;the sensitivity of strain WZ2 to prochloraz and strain XK3 to carbendazim were both the lowest,and the most sensitive strains to prochloraz and carbendazim were strain YLQ and WZ1,respectively.These results indicated the sensitivity of 10 strains to 6 fungicides differed among strains,and that significantly difference of sensitivity of some strains were found among different areas.
