冷铁在厚大球铁件铸造中的应用

摘  要:
利用球墨铸铁凝固过程中的石墨化膨胀,进行自身补缩,可以实现少胃口或无冒口铸造。生产实践证明,在生产厚大截面球铁铸件时,采用成型外冷铁或是外冷铁与内冷铁相结合的工艺方法,可以保证球铁材质质量,并且球铁铁水利用率达85%以上。

摘  要:
The self-compensated contraction caused by graphite dilatation in the solidification process of nodular cast iron makes casting with less flow-off or casting without flow-off possible. It has been evidenced that the technique of applying formed outer denseners or both inner and outer denseners in the production of big and thick ingots can ensure the material quality of nodular cast iron, and the utilization ratio of the molten iron is over 85%.
