摘 要:
机械疏花过程中,疏花胶条所产生的击打力数值大小是影响疏花效果的关键因素。针对这一问题,使用CTM-4503型万能材料试验机及相关检测设备,对苹果树枝干_花柄节点、花托_花冠节点处进行力学分析,得到了两处节点所能承受作用力临界值,给予机械疏花所需击打力关键参考参数。试验以烟台红富士苹果树花朵为试验对象,选其盛花期花朵进行力学分析,对多个花朵进行多次试验后,结果显示其盛花期枝干_花柄节点所能承受最大拉伸力均值为3.50N,剪切力均值为2.82N,其花托_花冠节点所能承受最大拉伸力均值为1.60N。

摘 要:
In the process of mechanical thinning flowers,the force generated by thinning strip is one of the key factors affecting the thinning effect.For this problem,in this paper,the CTM-4503 universal material testing machine and related test equipment are used to test the mechanical properties of branches_pedicel node and receptacle_corolla node for apple flower.So the stress critical values of the nodes can be obtained,which can supply reference for key parameters design of mechanical thinning flowers device.The test object is the apple tree of Yantai red Fuji,in which the full-bloom flowers are selected to do mechanics analysis.The results show that the branches_pedicel node can withstand the mean maximum tensile force of 3.50 N,and mean shear force of 2.82 N.The receptacle_corolla node can withstand the maximum tensile force mean of 1.60 N.
