不同基质和激素对“赛凡纳”冬青扦插生根的影响

摘 要:
以"赛凡纳"冬青一年生半木质化嫩枝为试材,采用单因素分析法,研究了不同基质配比、激素种类及其浓度对扦插生根的影响。结果表明:不同基质和激素会不同程度地影响"赛凡纳"冬青扦插生根效果;适合扦插的较优基质为蛭石+珍珠岩(体积比1∶3),生根率最高,达83%;经不同激素处理后,"赛凡纳"冬青插穗的生根率可能提高或降低;综合考虑应用推广情况,适合"赛凡纳"冬青扦插的较优激素是3 000 mg/L吲哚丁酸,生根率达88%。

摘 要:
With annual semi-ligninized shoots of Ilex×attenuata ′Savannah′as the test material, the single factor analysis method was used to study the effects of different substrate ratios, hormone types and their concentrations on the rooting of cuttings. The results showed that different substrates and hormones would affect the cutting rooting effect of Ilex×attenuata ′Savannah′ to varying degrees; the best substrate suitable for cuttings was vermiculite+perlite(volume ratio 1∶3), with the highest rooting rate, reaching 83%; after treatment with different hormones, the cutting rooting rate of Ilex×attenuata ′Savannah′might increase or decrease. Considering the application and promotion situation, the better hormone suitable for Ilex×attenuata ′Savannah′ cutting was 3 000 mg/L indole butyric acid, and the rooting rate was 88%.
