中国农业环境技术效率与绿色全要素生产率增长变迁-基于种养结合视角的再考察

摘 要:
本文运用Super-SBM模型和Malmquist-Luenberger生产率指标,基于种养结合视角,考虑畜禽粪便、农作物秸秆还田和农作物对养分的吸收等因素,选取农地氮盈余强度为非期望产出指标,测算了1997-2016年中国29个省份的农业环境技术效率和绿色全要素生产率增长情况,并对农业环境技术无效率的来源和绿色全要素生产率的构成进行了分析.研究认为,在中国农业生产实践中应更加注重农业资源环境保护、推广种养结合循环农业模式、提高农业生产经营规模化水平,以此推动中国农业绿色发展水平提升.

摘 要:
This paper uses the Super-SBM model and the Malmquist-Luenberger productivity index to consider the factors such as livestock manure and crop straw returning to field and nutrient uptake by crops,based on the combination of planting and breeding,and selects the farmland nitrogen surplus intensity as the non-expected output index,estimates the growth of agricultural environmental efficiency and green total factor productivity in 29 provinces of China from 1997 to 2016,and the analysis of the sources of agricultural environmental technology inefficiency and the composition of green total factor productivity,then analyzes the sources of agricultural environmental technology inefficiency and the composition of green total factor productivity furtherly. The study believes that in the practice of agricultural production,we should pay more attention to protect the agricultural resources and environmental in China,promote planting and breeding combined with circular agriculture model,improve the scale of agricultural production and management. In this way,China's agricultural green development level will be promoted.
