摘 要：
萃取率是影响溶剂萃取法净化湿法酸生产效率和成本的关键因素。研究了溶剂萃取法净化湿法磷酸生产过程中萃取温度、原料磷酸浓度、原料磷酸杂质含量、相比对萃取率的影响,并确定了较佳的工艺条件。结果表明,各因素对萃取率均有较大的影响,较佳的工艺条件为:萃取温度为40~45℃,原料磷酸w(P_2O_5)为55%～57%,相比为4.0。

摘 要：
The extraction rate is the key factor affecting the production efficiency and cost in purification of wet-process phosphoric acid by solvent extraction process. The effects of extraction temperature, concentration of raw material acid, impurity content in raw material acid, phase ratio on extraction rate are studied. The results show that: every factor has great influence on extraction rate; The optimum conditions are w(P_2O_5)in raw material acid of 55%-57%,extraction temperature of 40-45 ℃,phase ratio of 4.0.
