农机复杂件精密模型数控加工和成型技术研究

摘  要:
为了解决果园修剪农机设备驱动装置复杂曲面零部件的加工制造难题,引入了一种基于NURBS曲线插补编程的多轴数控加工方法,有效地提高了加工精度和编程效率。为此,设计了基于NURBS曲线插补的基本流程和框架,建立了NURBS插补数学模型,并以此建立了数控编程的刀具走刀轨迹。最后,通过零件的加工实验,对基于NURBS插补算法的数控编程技术进行了验证,结果发现:采用NURBS曲线插补技术可以成功地完成果园修剪机械驱动装置叶片复杂件的加工。将加工效果和传统加工方法进行了对比,结果发现:其加工纹理要比传统方法更加光滑,精确度更高,可以满足复杂零件精密加工的需求。

摘  要:
In order to solve the processing of orchard pruning agricultural equipment driving device for complex surface parts manufacturing problems,it introduces a multi axis NC programming based on NURBS curve interpolation method,which effectively improves the precision and efficiency of programming.It designed the basic flow and frame of NURBS curve interpolation and established the mathematical model of NURBS interpolation.Finally,through processing experiment parts,the NC programming technology based on NURBS interpolation algorithm is verified by experiment results,processing,processing using NURBS curve interpolation technology can complete the mechanical driving device of orchard pruning leaf complex parts successfully.The processing effect and the traditional processing methods were compared,and the results was found by contrast that it can meet the demand of precision machining of complex parts with its processing and than the more traditional methods of smooth,high accuracy.
