摘 要:
目的:探讨相关凋亡蛋白Caspase-3、Bcl-2/Bax在胆管癌组织中的表达及与胆管癌病理类型以及肿瘤分期的关系。方法:采用免疫组化链霉素抗生物素-过氧化物酶复合物法(SP法)检测胆管癌组织38例标本中Caspase-3、Bcl-2/Bax的表达,结合临床病理资料进行回顾分析。结果:①18例胆管高分化腺癌组织中,Caspase-3阳性检出率为50.00%(9/18),11例低分化腺癌中,Caspase-3阳性率为18.18%(2/11),Caspase-3在高、低分化腺癌之间阳性率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Caspase-3蛋白表达与胆管癌的分化程度、有无淋巴结或远处转移及临床分期相关(P<0.05)。而与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小关系无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②18例胆管高分化腺癌组织中Bcl-2阳性检出率为16.67%(3/18),11例低分化腺癌中,Bcl-2阳性率为54.54%(6/11),Bcl-2在高、低分化腺癌之间阳性率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Bcl-2蛋白表达与胆管癌的分化程度、有无淋巴结或远处转移及临床分期相关(P<0.05)。余无明显差异(P>0.05)。③18例胆管高分化腺癌组织中,Bax阳性检出率为44.44%(8/18),11例低分化腺癌中,Bax阳性率为9.09%(1/11),Caspase-3在高、低分化腺癌之间阳性率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);另外,Bax蛋白表达与胆管癌的分化程度、有无淋巴结或远处转移及临床分期相关(P<0.05)。结论:胆管癌中Caspase-3、Bcl-2/Bax蛋白表达可能与胆管癌的发生发展有关;检测Caspase-3和Bcl-2/Bax的表达对胆管癌的预测有一定的参考价值。

摘 要:
Objective:To investigate the correlations of apoptosis-associated protein including caspase-3, bcl-2/bax expressions, the clinical pathological features of cholangiocarcinoma, and the relation between expressions of caspase-3, bcl-2 and bax in cholangiocarcinoma.Methods:SP immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of caspase-3, bcl-2/bax protein in 38 cases with cholangiocarcinoma Results:①The positive rate of caspase-3, bcl-2 and bax in well-differentiated cholangiocarcinoma respectively were 50%(9/18), 16.67%(3/18) and 44.4%(8/18), The positive rate of caspase-3 and bax were lower than that in poorly differentiated cholangiocarcinoma 1.82%(2/11) and 9.09%(1/11) (P<0.05); and the positive rate of bcl-2 was higher than that in poorly differentiated cholangiocarcinoma 54.54%(6/11) (P<0.05);②The degree of the expression of caspase-3, bcl-2 and bax had a significant correlation with poor differentiation and clinical TNM stage of cholangiocardinoma.Conclusion:The expression of apoptosis-associated protein including caspase-3, bcl-2/bax in cholangiocarcinoma tissues may be associated with cholangiocarcinoma and its progression;To some extent, caspase-3, bcl-2 and bax protein can predict the prognosis of cholangiocarcinoma.Molecular targets of caspase-3, bcl-2 and bax may also be important factors to be considered in the pathogenesis of cholangiocardinoma
