2株不同源罗伊氏乳杆菌生物学特性的比较分析

摘  要：
[目的]对2种不同源罗伊氏乳酸杆菌的生物学特性进行比较分析,为乳酸杆菌在动物生产中的应用提供参考。[方法]分别从仔猪和北京油鸡盲肠黏膜各分离得到罗伊氏乳杆菌ZLR003和JLR002,对这2株菌的生长曲线、产乳酸能力、抗氧化活性以及抗生素药敏性进行测定。[结果]JLR002生长速度快于ZLR003,其最大OD600nm值(2.237)高于ZLR003(2.026);ZLR003和JLR002最高乳酸产量分别为1.182和1.361 mmol/L;培养24 h后,ZLR003和JLR002细胞破碎液中均能检测到SOD活性,分别为28.2976和11.1655 U/ml;在常用的13种抗生素中,JLR002仅对大环内酯类的阿奇霉素、氨基糖苷类的链霉素和诺氟沙星以及多肽类的杆菌肽产生耐药性,而对于其他9种抗生素均敏感,而ZLR003仅对氨基糖苷类的庆大霉素和其他类的氯霉素敏感,而对于其他11种抗生素均产生耐药性。[结论]来源不同的同种乳酸杆菌,其生物学特性也存在着差异性。

摘  要：
[Objective]The reference for the application of the Lactobacillus reuteri in animal industry was provided through the comparison and analysis of the biological characteristics of two Lactobacillus reuteri: JLR002 and ZLR003.[Method]The growth curve,lactic acid producing ability,antioxidant activity and antibiotic susceptibility of the Lactobacillus reuteri: ZLR003 and JLR002,which were isolated from the piglet and the caecum mucosa of healthy Beijing You Fowl,were tested,respectively.[Result]The results showed that the growth rate of JLR002 was larger than that of ZLR003 and the maximum OD600 nm of JLR002(2.237) was higher than ZLR003(2.026).The highest ability of lactic acid production of ZLR003 and JLR002 was 1.182 and 1.361 mmol/L.The activity of SOD ZLR003 and JLR002 was 28.297 6 U/ml and 11.165 5 U/ml after 24 hours' incubation.In 13 antibiotics commonly used,The JLR002 only was with the tolerance to drug such as macrolide azithromycin,aminoglycosides streptomycin,norfloxacin and lactobacillus of polypeptide,while the sensitivity to other 9 antibiotics.The ZLR003 only was with the sensitivity to the drug such as aminoglycosides gentamicin and chloramphenicol,while the resistance to other 11 antibiotics.[Conclusion]The species of Lactobacillus reuteri from the different sources had different biological property.
