昆虫从诞生之日起就是符合人类营养需求的"绿色食品",昆虫食品的产业化生产和加工过程要严把质量关。当昆虫成为人们的常规食品时,对其生产加工的安全性检测就越发重要。昆虫食品的安全性检测可借鉴其他类食品的检测方法,监测是保证食品安全性的重要手段。

摘  要:
Insects from the date of birth is " green food" consisting with human nutritional needs. Industrial production and processing of insect food must focus on quality. When insects become people's routine food,safety detection for the production and processing becomes more and more important. Insect food safety testing method can learn to detect other types of foods. Monitoring is an important means to ensure food security.
