摘 要：
为研究活体黄粉虫对肉蛋兼用鸡产蛋性能及肉蛋中核苷酸含量的影响,选择健康商品代肉蛋兼用鸡300羽,随机分成两组,每组150羽,试验组按4%投喂活体黄粉虫,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,进行为期75d的饲养试验。结果表明,笼养肉蛋兼用鸡日粮中添加活体黄粉虫4%,试验组产蛋率比对照组提高2.15%,试验组鸡肉中主要呈味核苷酸肌苷酸的含量比对照组高15.56%,鸡蛋中主要呈味核苷酸鸟苷酸的含量试验组比对照组高29.15%,经济效益提高5 698.9元。

摘 要：
In order to study the effect of live Tenebrio molitor on egg-laying performance and nucleotide content in meat and eggs,three hundred healthy commercial chickens were randomly divided into two groups,150 in each group.The experimental group was fed with live Tenebrio molitor at 4% and the control group was fed with basic diet for 75 days.The results showed that the egg-laying rate of the experimental group was 2.15% higher than that of the control group by adding live Tenebrio molitor 4% to the diet of cage-reared chickens.The content of main flavor nucleotide inosine in the experimental group was 15.56% higher than that of the control group.The content of main flavor nucleotide guanosine in eggs of the experimental group was 29.15% higher than that of the control group,and the economic benefit of the experimental group was 5 698.9 yuan higher than that of the control group.
