中国柽柳组培快繁技术研究

摘  要:
为更好地对中国柽柳种质进行保存,以中国柽柳茎段为外植体进行组培快繁研究。结果表明:采取75%酒精浸泡30 s、2%次氯酸钠浸泡3~5 min和升汞浸泡5 min为最适宜的灭菌方案。MS+蔗糖20 g/L+琼脂6.5 g/L为中国柽柳最适初代培养基,MS+蔗糖30 g/L+琼脂7 g/L+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L为其最适增殖培养基,1/2MS培养基为最适生根培养基。

摘  要:
The paper aims to better preserve the germplasm of Tamarix chinensis. We took the stems of Tamarix chinensis segments as explants and carried out the tissue culture and rapid propagation. The results show that the optimum sterilization scheme is: soaked in 75% ethanol for 30 s, 2% sodium hypochlorite for 3-5 min and mercury dichloride for 5 min. MS+sucrose 20 g/L+agar 6.5 g/L is the optimum primary medium for Tamarix chinensis, and MS + sucrose 30 g/L + agar 7 g/L + 6-BA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L is the optimum subculture medium for Tamarix chinensis, 1/2 MS medium is the best rooting medium.
