研究以孵育法将Ca2+荧光探针Fluo-3AM载入小麦叶肉细胞原生质体胞质中,并结合激光共聚焦扫描显微技术,建立了测定原生质体胞质游离Ca2+动态变化的试验方法。

摘 要：
A new method of measuring cytosolic Ca~(2+) dynamics in protoplast was established with incubating Fluo-3AM to the cytoplast of wheat mesophyll protoplast and using Confocal laser scanning microscope(CLSM).
