摘  要:
藏香猪是我国的高原放牧型地方猪种,有"人参猪"的美誉.藏香猪猪肉因其脂肪含量低、肉质营养丰富、口味鲜美而深受现代人的喜爱,是一种纯天然的绿色食品.但由于藏香猪特殊的生活习性与繁育条件,目前规模化养殖程度不高.文章对藏香猪的生物学特性及养殖管理方面作以综述.

摘  要:
Zang scent pig is a kind of high altitude grazing-type local pig breed in China, and has the reputation of "ginseng pig". Zang scent pig pork is a natural green organic food because of its low fat content, rich nutrients and delicious taste. However, due to its special living habits and breeding conditions, the current large-scale farming of zang scent pigs is low. This paper reviewed the biological characteristics and feeding management of zang scent pigs.
