日本大葱中六种微量元素含量的测定

摘要：

采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了日本大葱不同部位中Cu、Zn、Fe、Mg、Mn、Ca 6种微量元素的含量。结果表明:日本大葱各部位的微量元素含量不同,Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn等元素含量较高,而Cu、Mn含量较低,为研究金属元素在大葱中的含量与风味的关系提供了有效的数据。

摘要：

Metallic elements such as Cu,Zn,Fe,Mg,Mn and Ca were detected in the Japanese Welsh onion by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The results showed that the content of the six microelement were distinct in different parts of Japanese Welsh onion,the content of Ca,Mg,Fe and Zn were higher,the content of Cu and Mn were lower.These conclusions provided a useful data for studying the relationship between the contents of these elements and the medical effects.
