不同处理方法对青藏扁蓿豆种子发芽率的影响

摘  要：
分别采用热水浸泡处理、磨擦种皮结合热水浸泡处理及98%浓硫酸处理青藏扁蓿豆种子,结果表明以磨擦种皮结合60℃热水浸泡30min处理对提高青藏扁蓿豆种子发芽率具有明显的效果,可达到74%,比对照提高3.3倍;其次是磨破种皮后用室温自来水浸泡处理;单纯用热水浸种处理的效果较差。

摘  要：
The seed of Melilotoides archiducis-nicolai was treated with soak in hot water,combination of friction seed with sandpaper with soak in hot water and treat ment with 98%H2SO4.The results showed that germination rate ofMelilotoides archiducis-nicolai seeds with combination of friction seed with soak in 60℃ water for 30 min.Budding was 74%,which was more 3.3 times than that of control group the secondly method was after friction seed with sandpaper soak in warm water.The effect of only soak in hot water was the smallest.
