外泌体作为温郁金活性成分姜黄素载体的研究进展

摘  要:
外泌体是细胞分泌的纳米级别膜性小泡,能够介导细胞间信号转导和信息交流,并且参与人体内各种疾病的生理过程,可以作为一种天然的药物载体。姜黄素是中药温郁金的活性成分之一,因其广泛而明确的药理作用成为现代药理研究的热点,但由于姜黄素溶解度差、结构不稳定、体内代谢过程快,生物利用度低,严重限制了其临床推广应用。而通过将外泌体作为姜黄素载体,可以更好地发挥药理作用。该研究综述了外泌体生物学特性及外泌体作为姜黄素载体的研究进展。

摘  要:
Exocrine is a nanoscale membranous vesicle secreted by cells. It can mediate signal transduction and information exchange between cells,and participate in the physiological processes of various diseases in the human body. It can be used as a natural drug carrier. Curcumin is one of the active ingredients of tulip in traditional Chinese medicine. Because of its extensive and clear pharmacological action,curcumin has become a hot spot in modern pharmacological research. However,due to the poor solubility,structural instability,rapid metabolic process in the body and low bioavailability of curcumin,the clinical application of curcumin is seriously restricted. By using exocrine as the carrier of curcumin,it can play a better role in pharmacology. The biological characteristics of exocrine and exocrine body as the carrier of curcumin are studied in this paper.
