摘要：

随着畜牧业的迅速发展和生态养殖理念的不断深入,世界各国畜禽和水产养殖业发展速度不断加快,对动物蛋白质的需求也日益增加。为了给家禽生产提供丰富的蛋白质饲料,许多国家开始发展蚯蚓养殖,且进展迅速。主要综述了蚯蚓的营养成分、应用开发、在家禽生产中的应用及其发展前景,以期为进一步开发蚯蚓饲料原料提供参考。

摘要：

With the rapid development of animal husbandry and improvement of the ecological culture idea,the development speed of livestock and poultry,fisheries breeding industry in different countries all over the world has been accelerated and the demands of animal protein has been increased.For supplying rich protein feed for the poultry production,the earthworms culture has been rapidly developed in many countries.The nutritional components,development and utilization of earthworms its application in the poultry production and its development foreground were summarized,so as to provide reference for further development of the earthworm feed materials.
