次氯酸钠在香蕉开放式组织培养中的应用研究

摘  要:
以"巴西"香蕉继代培养获得的分化芽为材料,将不同浓度的次氯酸钠溶液加入香蕉培养基中,确定次氯酸钠作为香蕉开放式组织培养抑菌剂的有效浓度,以及增殖、生根培养的最佳浓度。结果表明,次氯酸钠浓度在0.01%以上可有效抑制培养基的污染,0.01%~0.02%之间外植体的成活率最高;浓度为0.014%时,芽的增殖系数及生根率较高,分别为2.48%、83.0%。

摘  要:
Added the different conceration of sodium hypochlorite solution(chlorine-antiseptic concentration,similarly hereinafter) into the culture medium of banana,the effective concentration of sodium hypochlorite solution used as the bacterial inhibitor on the open tissue culture of banana,the optimal concentration of multiplication and rooting culture was determined,based on the experimental material made of the differentiated bud of bananas "Brazil" obtained by subcultured.It demonstrated that the effective concentration of sodium hypochlorite was above 0.01%.The bud multiplication and root regeneration in the open banana tissue culture were relatively high at the stages of 0.014% sodium hypochlorite concentration,2.48% and 83.0% which were no significant difference with the traditional way of banana tissue,meanwhile the least damage to the plantlets.
