运用SWOT分析法对山东省林业产业发展所具有的优势、劣势及外部面临的机会、威胁进行系统分析。结果表明,发展优势明显,机会大于威胁,宜采取增长性发展战略,应充分利用突出的内部优势和众多的机会,增加投资,加快发展。

摘  要：
SWOT method was adopted to analyze the strengths weakness opportunities and threats of the development of forestry industry in Shandong province.The results showed that the strengths were obvious and the opportunities were bigger than threats,taking the growth development strategy and making full use of internal strengths and abundant opportunities to increase the investment and gain faster development finally.
