壳寡糖季铵盐的制备和诱导抗稻瘟病的初步研究

摘  要:
分别以壳聚糖(CTS,Mw=14 000)和壳寡糖(COS,Mw=2 000)与2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵(ETC)反应,合成2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖(CTS-ETC)和2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳寡糖(COS-ETC),经FT-IR和1H NMR对其结构表征,电导滴定法测得取代度为30%。在室内水稻稻瘟病的诱导抗病实验中,以浓度为500 mg/L的COS-ETC溶液喷洒过的水稻秧苗在1周内对水稻稻瘟病的抗病活性逐渐增强,并达到最高值的77.2%,明显高于COS和CTS-ETC。

摘  要:
CTS-ETC and COS-ETC were synthesized via the reaction of "CTS+ETC" and "COS+ETC",respectively,and structurally characterized by FT-IR and 1H NMR.The degree of substitution was 30% according to conductometric titration.The resistance activity of the rice seedling,which was sprayed by 500 mg/L COS-ETC to induce the resistance against rice blast,increased gradually within a week and reached the maximum of 77.2% which was obviously higher than that obtained by COS or CTS-ETC.
