本文从城市灾害和防灾公园的定义入手,综述了国内外防灾公园的规划建设情况,并结合上海常见城市灾害和上海城市公园基本分布现状,综合考虑未来上海城市发展和人口增长需要,在不改变公园现行分布情况下,提出了上海市区防灾公园的建设建议。

摘  要：
This paper summarized the construction and planning of disaster prevention parks of domestic and abroad basing on definitions of the city disasters and disaster prevention parks. The paper analyzed the regulation of common city disasters and the distribution of urban parks in Shanghai. In the present situation of urban parks in Shanghai, the paper suggested how to transform unban parks into disaster prevention ones, basing on the needs of city-development and population-growth.
