基于无线网桥传输气吸式免耕播种机振动测试系统设计

摘  要:
针对气吸式免耕播种机在空旷的田间试验不便应用有线传输的特点,采用加速度传感器测量振动的方法,设计了一种综合无线传输技术和振动信号采集与分析的振动测量系统。系统选用Ti3058k-16M的无线网桥、加速度传感器和数据采集卡实现了振动测量信号的采集和无线传送,Mat Lab分析处理采集到的数据。试验表明:系统在田间试验稳定性好、抗干扰能力强、网桥传输数据范围广、便捷实用,可为气吸式免耕播种机的田间测振试验提供方便。

摘  要:
For air-suction tillage planter in the open field test cable transmission characteristics inconvenience applications,Measurement method using the acceleration sensor of vibration,designed an integrated wireless transmission technology and vibration signal acquisition and analysis of vibration measurement system,system used Ti3058k-16 M wireless bridge,acceleration sensor and data acquisition card for the vibration measurement signal acquisition and wireless transmission,MATLAB analysis and processing the collected data.Experimental results show that:system stability in field trials,anti-interference ability,bridge a wide range of data transmission,Convenient and practical,To facilitate air-suction tillage planter field vibration tests.
