摘  要：
This paper elaborates on the conception of modern agriculture and its basic characteristics different with the traditional agriculture in Shanxi by analyzing the current development stage situation and characteristics of the modern agriculture,the problems in the development and the referential experience and model.In the last section of this paper the development countermeasure and the corresponding policy suggestion is proposed.
