预混凝-三维电极降解木薯淀粉生产综合废水

摘 要:
[目的]为木薯淀粉生产综合废水的有效处理提供参考。[方法]采用混合絮凝剂预混凝-三维电极降解方法处理木薯淀粉生产综合废水,研究电解时间、电流强度、活性炭投入量和铁屑投入量等因素对废水CODCr去除率的影响。[结果]在选定的试验条件下,电解时间3 h,电流强度0.6 A,活性炭量200 g/L(废水),铁屑投加量25%(按活性炭质量计),废水CODCr总去除率达94.00%。[结论]预混凝-三维电极降解木薯淀粉生产综合废水具有很好的效果。

摘 要:
[Objective] This paper aimed to provide reference for the effective treatment of degradation of the producing wastewater of tapioca starch.[Method] The pre-precipitating and three-dimensional electrodes were used to degrade the pollutants(COD) in the producing wastewater of tapioca starch.The effects of electrolysis time,current intensity,activated carbon quantity and mass of scrap iron on the removal efficiency of COD were studied.[Result] Under selected experimental conditions: electrolysis time 3 h,current intensity 0.6A,activated carbon quantity 200 g/L(wastewater),mass of scrap iron 25%,the removal efficiency of the COD in producing wastewater of tapioca starch is about 94.00%.[Conclusion] The pre-precipitating and three-dimensional electrode degradation tapioca starch production integrated wastewater had a good result.
