摘 要：
近年来,人们发现针刺会引起植物体内一定物质的变化,如凝集素含量的变化。欲知其量变规律,首要问题是建立快速、易行、灵敏、准确的定量方法。本研究以此为目的,建立了大豆针刺后SBA定量的全套方法,即火箭免疫电泳定量法。

摘 要：
In recent years, it has been widely found that acupuncture would cause some changes of substance in the plants, such as the changes of agglutinin contents. To understand the fine regular pattern of the agglutinin's changing in contents, one has first of all to set up a specific method which would be fast, easy, sensitive and accurate in quantitating. For this purpose, it has been worked out in this study the whole protocol for SBA quantitating post acupuncture on Soybean by using the Rocket-Immune Electrophoresis.
