原子吸收光谱法测定白花蛇舌草不同部位的金属元素含量

摘  要:
采用干法灰化法处理样品后,应用火焰原子吸收光谱法对抗肿瘤中药白花蛇舌草不同部位的金属元素Ca、Cd、Co、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn和Pb的含量进行了测定。结果表明:白花蛇舌草不同部位中,Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn的含量均较为丰富,且金属元素的含量高低顺序均为Ca>Mg>Fe>Mn>Zn;Cd、Co和Pb均未检出。方法的加标回收率为96.8%~104.4%,相对标准偏差(n=5)为1.0%~4.2%。该测定方法操作简便,结果可靠,可用于实际样品的测定。

摘  要:
The contents of metallic elements Ca,Cd,Co,Mg,Fe,Mn,Zn and Pb in different parts of Hedyotis diffusa willd.were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry method after pretreating of dry ashing.The results showed that the contents of Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn and Zn were abundant,and the content sequence of metallic elements was as follows:Ca >Mg>Fe> Mn>Zn;Cd,Co and Pb were not found in the samples.The recovery ratio by standard addition was 96.8%-104.4%,and the relative standard deviation (n=5) was 1.0%-4.2 %.The method is simple,reliable and could be used for determination of practical samples.
