封闭式海湾开发风险预警及生态保护问题探讨——以福建罗源湾为例

首次把封闭式海湾的开发利用作为一个类型来进行研讨。由于封闭式海湾具有其自身特点,因此在开发利用的过程中要尤为注意生态环境的保护和利用。指出了封闭式海湾开发过程中引致的环境污染和生态问题,在生态保护和修复这方面做了初步探讨。

摘  要：
This thesis firstly regard the development and exploitation of closed gulf as a type and discussed it.Because enclosed gulf had its own characteristics,we should pay particular attention to the protection and utilization of the ecological environment in the process of its development and exploitation.The thesis pointed out environmental pollution and ecological problems caused by the development of the closed gulf,and the author mad initial exploration in the aspects of ecological protection and restoration.
