用声发射技术快速预测曲轴的疲劳寿命

摘  要:
在曲轴弯曲疲劳试验的初期3h 内,用声发射技术进行监测,以平均每应力循环的能量或事件数来判断曲轴是否能达到5×10~6或10~7以上的应力循环。试验结果表明,声发射表征值与曲轴疲劳寿命之间具有指数函数规律,根据这种规律预测曲轴疲劳寿命,可使试验时间缩短到原来的1/10左右。

摘  要:
In the initial three hours of bending fatigue test of crankshaft, using the Acoustic Emission monitoring technique,a new identification method which uses the average energies or events in each stress circulation for crankshaft to judge whether it has more than 5×10~6 or 10~7 stress circu- lations is presented.The testing results shows that an exponential func- tion can express the relationship of Acoustic Emission data and fatigue well. Following this function can predict the fatigue life of crankshaft,then reduce the testing time to 1/10 traditional testing time.
