穴位注射黄芪多糖注射液对I型糖尿病模型大鼠并发症防治作用

摘  要:
为了研究穴位注射黄芪多糖(APS)注射液对I型糖尿病模型(T1DM)大鼠并发症的防治作用,试验采用腹腔注射65mg/kg链脲佐菌素(STZ)的方法将24只sD雄性大鼠复制成I型糖尿病大鼠模型,成模后将其随机分为模型对照组和穴位注射治疗组,同时另设正常对照组,分别对各组大鼠注射柠檬酸钠缓冲液、黄芪多糖注射液和生理盐水.每周测定大鼠肌酐(CRE)、尿素氮(BUN)、血糖(GLU),每天记录体重、采食量、饮水量和体征.4周后,取大鼠肾脏与胰腺,H.E.染色,观察.结果表明:穴位注射治疗组大鼠CRE、BUN呈下降趋势,且极显著低于模型对照组(P〈0.01),GLU无明显差异;穴位注射治疗组大鼠肾脏、胰岛受损程度明显低于模型对照组;模型对照组在4周内相继出现糖尿病周围神经病变、糖尿病脑病、糖尿病眼病等并发症,且体征状况明显低于穴位注射治疗组.说明穴位注射黄芪多糖注射液能促进糖尿病大鼠肾脏、胰岛组织的自我修复,并显著改善肾脏功能,有效防止并发症.

摘  要:
To study the effect of acupoint injection of astragalus polysaccharides (APS)injection for preventing and treating the complications of type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM) in the model rats, twenty -four SD male rats were used to prepare the T1DM model by injecting intraperitoneally with STZ (65 mg/kg). After the model was established, the rats were divided into two groups: the model control group and acupoint - injection treatment group. The blank control group was set up at the same time. The rats in each group were injected with sodium citrate buffer solution normal saline, and APS injection in the aeupoints, respectively. The creatinine ( CRE), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) , and glucose (GLU) in rats were measured every week. The body weight , feed intake , water intake, and physical signs in rats were recorded every day. After 4 weeks, the tissues of kidney and pancreas in rats were collected for observation by H.E. staining. The results showed that there was a downward trend in CRE and BUN of the rats in the aeupoint - injection treatment group, which was significantly lower than the model control group( P 〈 0.01 ) , and there were no significant differences in GLU of the rats between the two groups. The damages of kidney and pancreas of the rats in the acupoint - injection treatment group were significantly lower than those in the model control group. These complications, including diabetic peripheral neuropathy, diabetic eye diseases, diabetic neuropathies in brain and so on, appeared one after another in the rats of the model control group in four weeks, and their physical signs were obviously worse than those in the treatment group. The results indicate that the acupoint injection with APS injection can promote the self - repairing ability of the tissues of kidney and pancreas in rats effectively, and significantly improve kidney function for effectively preventing complications at the same time.
