摘 要:
采用生长速率法研究建柏心材6种试剂(蒸馏水、甲醇、三氯甲烷、丙酮、石油醚、乙酸乙酯)提取物对彩绒革盖菌和密粘褶菌生长抑制的影响,以探究建柏心材的抗腐能力.结果表明:蒸馏水提取物对彩绒革盖菌无抑菌效果;丙酮提取物的EC50最低,为0.409 g·L-1,当含量为1.000 0 g·L-1时,其抑制率最高,达到64.61%,显示丙酮提取物对彩绒革盖菌的抑菌能力最强.除了蒸馏水外,5种试剂提取物都对密粘褶菌有抑菌效果,其中以甲醇提取物的EC50最低,为0.283 g·L-1,当含量为0.500 0 g·L-1时,其抑制率最高,达到64.03%,显示甲醇提取物对密粘褶菌的抑菌能力最强.此研究结果为建柏在生产加工过程中产生的剩余物的合理利用提供科学依据.

To study the anti-corrosive capacity of Fokienia hodginsii heartwood,six kinds of reagents were used to extract Fokienia hodginsii heartwood,and followed by inhibiting ability against Coriolus versicolor and G. trabeum by growth rate method. Results showed that hot water extracts had no antibacterial effects on C. versicolor. Among them,acetone extracts had the lowest EC50 at 0.409 g·L- 1,and the highest bacteriostatic rate at 64. 61% when its concentration was 1. 000 0 g·L- 1. Except for hot water extracts,all the five extractives demonstrated antibacterial effects against G. trabeum. Among them,methanol extracts had the lowest EC50 at 0. 283 g·L- 1,and when its concentration was 0. 500 0 g·L- 1,it showed the highest bacteriostatic rate at 64. 03%. To summarize,acetone extracts from F. hodginsii had the best antibacterial effects against C. versicolor and methanol extracts had the best antibacterial effects against G. trabeum,which provided a sound theory basis for utilization of F. hodginsii residues.
