影响绵羊繁殖力的基因研究进展

摘  要:
绵羊繁殖力是一个低遗传力的限性性状,用传统育种手段很难有效提高其遗传进展。随着分子生物学的发展,人们在基因水平上深入研究了影响绵羊繁殖力的主要因素并取得了一定进展,为进一步提高绵羊繁殖力提供了更为有效的技术途径。本文就BMP15、FecB、FecX等在基因水平对影响绵羊繁殖性能加以综述,从而为基因辅助育种提高绵羊繁殖力提供理论参考。

摘  要:
Sheep fertility is a low heritability of sexlimited character,Using traditional breeding techniques is difficult to improve its genetic progress effectively.With the development of molecular biology,people researched the effects of sheep fertility further at gene level and achieved some progress,for further improve sheep fertility provides a more effective way.This paper review about BMP15、FecB、FecX effects about sheep fertility at gene level,thus for gene aided breeding to improve sheep fertility provides the theory reference.
